Once again, I had the pleasure to meet many of my veteran thrower friends at a meeting that took place at Saint Kosmas athletics facilities on a bright sunny day of December. I participated in two events, shot put and Cretan shot put, for the first time as an athlete of M45 age category. I was looking forward to a better result at the shot put since I did a low flight at 12,64m. The result was better at the Cretan shot put since I broke my old personal record of 13,29m and climbed at 13,51m. It was the first time also that I have a Cretan shot put video available taken from a real competition.
